What if my flight is early or delayed?+
Turn on Track My Flight when booking. Your pickup time moves by exactly the difference between the scheduled and actual landing time, at no extra cost.
How long will the driver wait?+
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting after the final pickup time; other trips include 15 minutes. After that, waiting is $1 per minute.
Can I cancel for free?+
Yes, 24 hours or more before pickup. Last-minute bookings get a free-cancellation window right after booking. See the Cancellation Policy for the full table.
