- Online changes are available until 3 hours before the original pickup time.
- After that, online changes are closed. Please contact us; we will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
- If you change your trip before the 3-hour deadline, a new price is calculated for the new trip.
- Changing the date or time does not restart the cancellation window.
- Cancellation fees are still based on the original booking time and the original pickup time.
- We keep a record of your original booking, original pickup time, current pickup time and every change.
