1. Our service
True Deal Inc., doing business as LAX BLACK RIDES, provides pre-arranged private passenger transportation in California under its Charter-Party Carrier permit (CA PUC TCP #000000-P). Every ride is operated by our own vehicles and our own professional drivers.
2. Upfront all-in price
Before payment you see one all-in price for your trip. It is calculated from the suggested route distance and the travel time estimated for your pickup time, plus applicable trip charges (airport fees, usual tolls, extra stops). We do not add charges later for usual tolls. A new price may be calculated if you change the route or trip.
- Black: $10 base + $2.00/mile + $0.50/minute, minimum fare $45. Hourly: $100/hour, 2-hour minimum.
- Mid-Size Black SUV: $15 base + $2.25/mile + $0.55/minute, minimum fare $50. Hourly: $110/hour, 2-hour minimum.
- Black SUV: $20 base + $2.50/mile + $0.60/minute, minimum fare $55. Hourly: $120/hour, 2-hour minimum.
Airport charges: drop-off at LAX +$5; pickup at LAX +$20; pickup at other airports +$5. Each extra stop +$15. Round trips: 20% off the return trip. Prices are the same day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays. No surge pricing.
3. Policies that form part of these terms
The Cancellation Policy, Waiting & No-Show Policy, Change / Modification Policy and Airport Pickup Procedure are part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Tips
Tips are optional. 100% of any tip goes to your driver. You will also have a separate opportunity to tip after your ride.
5. Passengers and luggage
Prices do not change with the number of passengers or bags, but each vehicle has a maximum capacity. Please choose a vehicle that fits your group and luggage.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The charge appears under LAX BLACK RIDES where supported. We never store your full card number.
7. Records
We keep a record of each booking, including the price shown, the policies accepted and the time of acceptance, payment, driver assignment, trip record, communications, changes and cancellations.
