At airports, vehicles cannot wait at the passenger pickup area for more than a few minutes and must remain in designated waiting areas until the passenger is ready.
- 1After you have collected all of your luggage and are ready for pickup, contact your driver.
- 2Share your exact pickup location: terminal, level, door number, or any other details your driver asks for.
- 3Your driver leaves the designated waiting area and comes to your pickup location.
Please don’t ask the driver to come to the terminal before you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up.

New pickup time = original pickup time + (actual landing − scheduled landing). Example: scheduled landing 6:00, your pickup 6:30. Land at 5:45 → pickup 6:15. Land at 7:00 → pickup 7:30. Flight tracking never changes the price. If the flight details can’t be verified, we keep the pickup time you entered.
Waiting at the airport
30 minutes free after the final pickup time, then $1/min for 30 minutes. After 60 minutes the booking becomes a no-show.

For airport pickups your mobile number must be able to receive calls and texts in the US. If it can’t, please give us an active WhatsApp number.
